Polite emails by phone but nothing professional or from a PC. It appeared as if the agent was too busy to sit down and communicate with me via email. Also, I asked for the dealership to check out the vehicle in service with a technician... it has been over a week, and still nothing. Dealer appears to be too busy to sell me a car.

I just wanted to take a moment to give a shout out to Alan, his aunt, and his father. My experience with this dealership was one of the best I've ever had. I was in the market to purchase a Jeep Cherokee and I searched a few dealers before I came to Infinity. They allowed me test drive and for as long as I needed and take it to be checked out. I test drove the vehicle, took it for a pre-purchase inspection at a local Toyota dealership and they found a number of expensive repairs were necessary. I presented that inspection report to the dealer and he was unwilling to come down on the price of the vehicle at all. He only said that he would be willing to have his mechanic fix the brakes but all of the other projects were going to be the responsibility of the buyer. I'm sorry you didn't understand that we couldn't loose money to satisfy you, we never promised we were discounting any money from the price, there is no dealer that will sell the car if the numbers don't make sense, how ever the inspection that was done called for maintenance items that usually cost way more at the franchise dealer than the prices from a regular retail store, and normally we keep gas on our vehicles to test drive them just a few miles from the dealer, and we put more once we complete the sale, but unfortunat... read more
