5 stars is not enough for Dr Jay and Infinity Medical Care! Dr Jay and his team went above and beyond when we recently had a scare regarding my husband’s health. Dr Jay and his team were so attentive and prompt in helping us get the necessary medical attention my husband needed, they made us feel like we were the only patient he had. To answering all our questions calling the doctors and offices my husband needed to go to. They gave us hope when we were uncertain. A simple thank you will never be enough.
I had such a great experience with Dr. Brancato! He’s an outstanding family medicine doctor — very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. He truly listens, explains everything clearly, and takes the time to make sure all my concerns are addressed. He’s also extremely responsive and follows up promptly, which is rare these days. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. I highly recommend Dr. Brancato to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled primary care physician!

Jason LISTENS to you and does not try to push you out so he can get to the next patient. In other words, he cares about a patient. Been seeing him for at least 14 years.
