They were very skilled and well organized during the installation process, they are also very careful and carefully checked after the installation to make sure everything is working properly.throughout the process, they were friendly, and cleaned up after the installation. Hi, I recently contact Infinity HVAC LTD , as I was facing heat inconsistency at my home, and they scheduled the service for the same day. The service team was so friendly and approachable. They resolved the issue the same day based on our availability at the set time. Post service we got a second verification call to confirm the service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Infinity HVAC is not responsive. It seems like most of their 5 star reviews are fake. Our family is in a new build and have been without heat for over 16 hours with two small children. Upon moving in, the builder, Caivan, gave us an emergency phone number for infinity (the ones who installed the HVAC system) should we have any issues. They do not answer their phones, even through the hours of 7-5 posted on google. Even Caivans service department is unable to reach someone. There should be a 24/7 line... read more
