great location and friendly helpful staff. but not worth it for the price. rooms are small with no fridge or closet and not much space to really put anything and it was really noisy in the morning.
Where to start? Room basic. Service was mixed: afternoon front staff was friendly and helpful, the morning staff: needs serious attitude and "how to talk to (all) customers" training. Horrible. WARNING to all foreign and non local guests...the hotel recommends the Pierce street parking around the corner...that parking garage has no signs advising to PAY FIRST, you will receive an $87 parking fine if you don't. We feel the hotel should tell guests about that if it recommended!!!!! Also, loading and unloading in front is usual... read more
