Parking is problematic. Very small rooms. Cafe was nice but didnt open early for breakfast.
Very unique and ultra clean. The atmosphere was just very relaxing.
If you're looking to stay near San Francisco's Marina District, this is one of the most modern and updated hotels in the area. It's clean, stylish, and in a fantastic location The hotel is just one block from Chestnut Street, where you'll find plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and boutique shopping. It's also within walking distance of the Palace of Fine Arts and Crissy Field. We had a 6 day stay through July 6th. The staff was very friendly. Erik stood out as a very friendly and helpful employee. The only downside is that this hotel is is noisy. You are right off Lombard street and the way the hotel is constructed, sound (open concept) echo's through all four floors. This was exceptionally bad on July 4th when people on the roof were setting off fireworks up until 1:33am.
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU DRIVE - Hidden Fees & Extreme Break-in Risk! An absolute nightmare. I paid $280 for a night at this "4-star" hotel, only to discover they have ZERO on-site parking. Instead, they directed me to a distant, third-party public lot (SFMTA) where I had to pay an ADDITIONAL $22 for just 12 hours. To make matters worse, this lot is completely unmonitored—no security guards, no cameras—and literally has signs posted stating they take zero responsibility for smashed windows or stolen items.
