If you're looking for a honest company, this one is it. Called for service as my heat wasn't working. Devin came and checked the dead thermostat. He explained very nicely that the batteries were in wrong and although it was a regular thermostat it had to be programmed. So he fixed the battery problem and programmed it. Turned it on and it worked. Then went up on the roof to check out the unit. Came back in and told me that everything looked good. Now this is where I was ecstatic.
