Cindy is more then just a provider to our family. She's there to make sure we are taken care of. She really cares. She does her job very well. She makes sure everything is working perfectly as many times as we need to go in, calls. Very professional and passionate about her job. She's very smart and well versed on things. She's the best and so happy we found her.
I've had nothing but a positive experience since I've started going here! She really listens and is attentive to what I have to say and I can tell she cares. I am very pleased with the care I've received so far!
As stated previously within another review, one of the providers there is unwilling to work with their clients if you are minutes late to an appointment due to no fault of your own. Beyond this, they tend to be unwilling to work with them when it comes to what the client wants as far as types of appointments they offer. If said provider would rather see you in person, you don't have a say even if you don't have your own transportation, trying to communicate leads to you receiving the cold shoulder or just being told to go so... read more
