I was supposed to have a simple cut and blow dry today at 11 with Hillary, but she never showed up. I waited 20 minutes after my appointment time. Very disappointed.
If I could give this place no stars I would. Hillary was so rude made me come in early but I had to wait 30 extra minutes and wanted to rush and do my hair because she was late. Wanted to charge me 40 dollars more to just brush my black curly hair. Made me sit in a dirty sit with some other person hair in it everywhere . Was very very rude I felt so uncomfortable.wanted to leave my hair dry and unstyled BEACUSE she was late . Please do not go to her it is not a good time at all. I think she also needs to take a step back
If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in to get my hair done a while ago the owner Hillary was very rude and it was a very uncomfortable environment, all of the stylist did not seem content being there. was recommended to come here and shortly into my visit felt very regretful. The stylist were very caddy, when I get my hair done I like to feel relaxed and as if my hair is truly being cared for but it felt like a negative space and the process felt rushed and I did not enjoy the techniques used here I left feeling uncomfor... read more
