Very frustrating experiences. I bought a Groupon and used the link on the site to book my appointment. I commented on the booking i was using a Groupon. Less than an hour before my appointment, the stylist cancelled my appointment. She said via text message that Groupons were only certain days of the week. Don't book a groupon or get on Hillarys bad side. They treat groupon appointments differently than "regular" customers and were have no access to standard bookings. Instead its a 2 month wait because of the color of money. I think i only even saved $10 on the groupon but the derogatory text exchanged and blame directed at me makes me feel like I dodged a bullet here. Stylist canceled my appt an hr before my arrival with no explanation. Tried to call salon and phone went to voice mail. Not very professional.

I was supposed to have a simple cut and blow dry today at 11 with Hillary, but she never showed up. I waited 20 minutes after my appointment time. Very disappointed.
