Dr. Patel and her team are amazing to work with, had my Achilles surgery this past Tuesday and could not be more pleased with the results along with the care they showed!
Dr Patel has worked on both of my feet. She’s an exceptional doctor and surgeon. I wouldn’t trust my feet with anyone else. 🦶😃🦶
I’m going to be very honest when I made the first call the schedule an appointment with Dr Patel I thought I made a huge mistake the person whom answered the phone was not patient friendly didn’t give their name just seem dry conversation wise. But, I pray and still gave Dr Patel a chance by going to my first appointment for her to confirm what I already knew which was I needed surgery! The Doctor is polite and straightforward as well as the ladies in the front the day of my mothers appointment. However whenever my mother called and asked if there was a Spanish speaker to assist her they hung up, not sure if it was the same employee. So I had to call back and the lady who answered was very blunt and just gave off a very cold attitude. Definitely a first for me, very disappointing and unprofessional for a healthcare setting.
Dr. Patel is absolutely wonderful. The office operations, however, are abysmal. Promised insurance checks aren’t actually done, referrals never happen, appointments will be switched to the PA or an alternate podiatrist even after specifically requesting this to not happen, and on and on.
