My family has been seeing Dr. Phelps for over 13 years. We have had a great experience dealing with his office and staff. I greatly recommend his office.

This office is PURPOSELY and MALICIOUSLY overcharging patients. DO NOT GO HERE. I presented the woman in the office two insurance cards. She told me I would have to pay my ENTIRE yearly deductible today. My wife and I called the insurance company and we called the office on three-way. She denied it. DON NOT GO HERE!!!
The Dr. is GREAT to deal with, the staff is like a revolving door (many new faces too often) some are very professional others seem like they don't care.
