service was perfect service was perfect. They brought the samples to my home. Helped me pick the color of the wood and the color of the carpet installed the wood on time and then they installed the carpet in one day. they where priced under the other flooring company
Infinity Floors is THE WORST Abu and his brother do not have a clue! They installed a engineered wood floor by gluing it to the cement floor in my basement. Not too long after installation, there were three distinct areas where the floor was no longer in contact with the cement floor. When you step on the floor, it pushes down, briefly sticks to the glue, then rises back up when you step off. So, I called their shop. They told me there was nothing they could do about. I will come back to infinity floors Infinity floors did hardwood floors for me and did an outstanding job. They where cheaper then other flooring stores. I will go back to them for the carpet.
Holiday Savior!!!!!! Infinity Floors saved my Holidays!!! I had a contract with another company to do my main floors with Brazilian Cherry and turned out to be a disaster! I meet with Abu and was desperate for help and guidence, he amazed me with his knowledge and professionalism. Best in Show! Abu and his brother are the ultimate professionals. They under promise and over deliver. Their hardwood flooring expertise and carpeting installation is of the highest quality. The prices are surprisingly reasonable given the personal service. If you are extremely busy, they work around your schedule. We got the basement, theatre room, master bedroom, and hobby room done. All excellent, on time, as promised.
