Before this weekend, I had never heard of such a thing. Had my first experience today and it was great. Definitely would do it again. I deal with stress and anxiety frequently and this was truly relaxing.

Today was the first time I had the blessing to experience a Float!!! I loved it and am completely addicted! Next time I’m booking only 90-minutes sessions because 60 minutes goes by too fast!!! Such a great place to relax. I went with my business partner Amy today and experience the Sauna. I actually fell asleep. it was so soothing, Music and meditation in the sauna. I can't wait to go back for my float. Dawn was wonderful, and the whole experience amazing.
