I had the pleasure of receiving a float session on 9/11 and it was amazing! Floating in a pod without any lights or sound was such an experience. I walked in knowing that I had two ribs out of place and as I was floating I became aware that I was experiencing muscle spasms all down the right side of my body. I left there thinking that I would have to make an appointment with my chiropractor. When I woke up the following morning I truly was 95 % better. Simply amazing
Completely rejuvenated and at peace is an understatement from my experience. The facility was inviting, the hostess/staff ToniAnn, was knowledgeable and warm with greetings and reassurances. The atmosphere was calm, fresh, clean and enticing with essential oils that danced around the building. It was such an amazing experience to float, to have silence and feel a disconnect from the world, my stresses, fears and burdens. I’m definitely going back and telling everyone to try it! The stillness is priceless.

From the moment you walk in, your warmly greeted by the staff and the decor and ambiance elevates the entire zen experience. I had a 60 minute float session in a pool and was highly impressed with the attention to detail. Loved it! I’ve never been into meditation. But this was just about relaxation for me. I came out feeling amazing! Highly encourage anyone to try you won’t be mad that you did! And Toni Ann is awesome!! She walks you through every step and is just an all around fun person!!
