Was excited that my daughter was able to be seen so quickly after contact and that payment options were available. Unfortunately there was a lack of transparency regarding costs and she was told no down payment required until she was in the chair. Then she was asked for $260 down, which she didnt have and had to leave after driving an hour to get there. She has a bill of nearly 300 to be told what she already knew. Very dirty and outdated 🤮
I am beyond grateful to Dr. Bhatti and the entire team at Infinity Dental for the outstanding care I received. From the very first appointment, Dr. Bhatti’s skillful approach made all the difference—I didn’t feel any pain when he expertly prepped my tooth and performed an extraction. Mr dentist was passive aggressive along with his assistant, equipment looked old and worn out, I really don’t believe they sterilize their tools, and they don’t explain anything, I was ROBBED, I went to another office after this awful experience, and they treated me like family, NEVER COME HERE
