Shady! I would not recommend this office based on our experience. We originally scheduled an appointment for Monday, but they texted us asking if it was an emergency and to come in on Friday instead. Before changing the appointment, I specifically asked if they accepted both of our dental insurance plans, and they told me they did. When my wife arrived, the doctor had her complete a financing application to pay for the procedure. When she wasn’t fully approved, he told her to ask friends or family to help cover the cost. I came here roughly 2 years ago with a broke molar and had it all cleaned up and a crown placed. It has now fallen out and there was some abscess and the tooth was decaying. I had gotten settled at another dentist and had to have the tooth extracted despite spending a ton of money to try to the save the tooth, which was explained by my current dentist as Dr. Bhatti simply "threw a hail mary" to try to save the tooth. I want to start with the positives. The techs and receptionists have always been very kind to me. They stayed late working on my teeth one night and it was much appreciated .They made me feel welcomed and like I could relax. Unfortunately, the same care was not taken by Dr.Bahtti.
