It's a great full service credit union and Katelyn is wonderful to work with.
The Scarborough branch is beautiful! Great location, plenty of parking, and lovely staff. I joined their financial success program and it seriously changed my life. When I joined their program I had had high credit card balances and a very minimal savings account. I now have doubled my savings account and cut my debt down by half, working towards the other half and becoming one step closer to being a home owner. I highly recommend their services, they are all wonderful.
Their new location is terrible. I can't imagine no drive up. No convenient parking so you have carry cash down Main st in Biddeford. Once you're inside there are no tellers to help you. Not my idea of personal banking. They are going backwards if you ask me with this new location. As customers we need to let them know. I wouldn't recommend using them if your not. I will be leaving this CU after years of being their client.
