Unfortunately, my experience with Infinity Counseling was not what I hoped for. There were multiple scheduling issues, including missed appointments and communication lapses. While I understand that things can happen, the inconsistency made it difficult to build trust and move forward. I ultimately decided to discontinue services.
I had a fantastic experience at Infinity! From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing excellent service. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt taken care of every step of the way.
I enjoy and appreciate my time at Infinity Counseling. The staff is personable, happy and the energy is great! I’ve been a consistent client for about 4 years and although I’ve changed therapist due to my needs, each transition was smooth and seamless. The therapist knows their stuff! Oh, the Home based Caseworkers are my FAVORITE! Highly recommended !
Mrs.Roby is one of the best therapists I have ever met she does her work from the heart I truly appreciate her she been my therapist for over 4 years I can write a book on our history I will recommend her to anyone
