Where is the 10 star button when you need it!? Infinity provided top notch customer service from start to finish... from the quick response to my Facebook message...to the attention to detail in tuning up my neglected Specialized bike. The prices were reasonable, the staff was super attentive, and the bike looks and rides like NEW! If you need a tune up or replacement part...this is your shop! Thanks guys! I’ll be back when I’m ready to buy a new one!
I ordered a bike online and assembled it myself. I needed a couple extra parts so I went to Infinity. They gave it a look to make sure I did everything correctly and help out with the pedals. Everyone was super kind and approachable. I will definitely be back for all other parts / bike repairs in the future.

I bought a used trike and it needed some work; I brought it to Infinity and had it looked over for the things that needed(especially the brake) corrected and to add to larger tires. After pickup there is a definite difference for the positive in the ride; the staff did an awesome job for a fair price, if I need work done again I will be back !!

Infinity Bike Shop is the Best Best !! i have been there for years !! they just did a great thing on my Old Bike and now my Bike is Great and it feels New !!!again they are the Best to go for the Bikes !!!

Ive been a serious bike rider & racer for over 30 years. As well, I owned a small bike shop a number of years ago. Over the years I have had the opportunity to live in a number of cities and use the services of a good many local bike shops. In my opinion the employees at Infinity rate in there as some of the best Ive personally experienced. They are knowledgable, attentive and put customer first.
