Run!! If you don’t want to deal with one of the worst management companies. David Patino is rude and unprofessional, don’t expect anything good from these people.

This company took over the apartment complex in Florida I used to live at and ran it into the ground. They made it near impossible request maintenance with out involving legal action, and even then they would do the bare minimum. The complex and maintenance staff were basically the people the old management company decided not to move to another property and laid off. They got rid off the security guards and let the place turn into a total disaster. These people are they very definition of slumlords.
