If you like your packages to get STOLEN, this is the apartment community for you! This happened on April 3, 2025. Got a FedEx package delivered to common mailroom downstairs to my apartment at 2pm. By the time I got back from work at 5pm, my package went missing! When I complained to the leasing office, they said that it is pretty common for packages to get stolen. If you like thin walls, noisy surrounding area, and azzhats reving up their cars like the Indy 500 at 11 at night on the roads then this is the ghetto apartment complex for you. You’ll be charged extra maintenance fees without ever seeing the work being done, inconsistent trash service (no they won’t refund you the fee if they miss the trash)..you’re just SOL but thanks for that hard earned money of yours in their pockets! Sharon and Josh were two of the few pleasant faces we met during our 2 month long search of a home. They both made my family and I move so smooth and comfortable from the first tour to moving in. Sharon was a beautiful soul. She answered all my questions and was extremely patient especially dealing with a family with 4 and 2 year old toddlers.
