They keep raising the rent for a place that is declining in quality and community. Had my car broken into and no water pressure for over 8 months. And management/staff is constantly changing. Which isn't a good sign.
Ben is absolutely amazing! He was very informative and always followed up with answers he didn’t have, which is an example of OUTSTANDING customer service skills! Just based off my experience with him alone, I totally recommend this property and Ben him himself!!! Thank you!!!

Living here was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment. I’d highly recommend reading Yelp reviews and those on apartmentratings.com prior to signing a lease here. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Fortunately, I was able to break my lease. I had numerous issues living here and the noise was certainly the biggest. I filed multiple complaints during my time here and tenants were never reprimanded. It got to the point that I had to buy foam earplugs just to sleep through the night.
