Can’t say enough good things about this company! My husband works & is good friends with Cameron, he recommended Infinity air to us last summer 2025 after our AC had went out in the heat of summer and we had had numerous other company’s out with no solution and weeks of dealing with no AC, they came out and fixed the issue to fast and super affordable. Used them to install a new HVAC less than 2 years ago. Went well until there was an actual issue with the unit less than 2 years later. Calls for service were inadequately addressed and I believe it is because of the warranty. They don't want to do the work since the unit is under warranty still. Their technician "fixed" the problem without checking whether or not the unit was working properly.I have filed a BBB complaint against them. Mike is incredible—he works nonstop to make sure everything gets done, and even during the busy season, they usually offer same-day service and have units in stock. We really like Mike and Natalie who made our new AC combo install painless. There were some hurdles we had to endure but not because of them...they were great. It takes a lot to go up into a 127 degree attic and try and work. I was up there a few times in the attic, Mike was showing me the workings of what is going to be beneficial for our needs.
