Used them to install a new HVAC less than 2 years ago. Went well until there was an actual issue with the unit less than 2 years later. Calls for service were inadequately addressed and I believe it is because of the warranty. They don't want to do the work since the unit is under warranty still. Their technician "fixed" the problem without checking whether or not the unit was working properly.I have filed a BBB complaint against them. We really like Mike and Natalie who made our new AC combo install painless. There were some hurdles we had to endure but not because of them...they were great. It takes a lot to go up into a 127 degree attic and try and work. I was up there a few times in the attic, Mike was showing me the workings of what is going to be beneficial for our needs.
