I took my 2022 QX80 Infiniti SUV in to have the off track driver side seat repaired and they charged me $185 service fee but they couldn't fix the off track driver side seat because they told me that I had to pay $3,000 to replace the whole entire seat that's in perfectly new condition just in order to replace the motor/track harness that was partially working but now it's not working at all but they still charged me $185 to do that they are ridiculously high I was thinking about buying the 2026-27 QX80 autograph for $117,00... read more

Yes I was so happy to have my 2004 fx 35 repaired recently …I’m now hoping that going forward Nicole will be there to to help assist me with any other issues that may arise.. Even after 20 years I still still enjoy driving this old thing!!!
I dropped my car to fix the blowing sound during driving but no one contacted to me during maintenance for 1 week. When I picked up my car on Fri, they said they order some part and will contact me once the part is ready and said it will be available within few days (next Mon) and now I have been waiting for it for almost 10days. I am pretty sure no one will call me before I call them.
