Will never purchase from this dealer again. Purchased 2021 QX50 in Oct 2024. Couple days after pickup, noticed small amount of paint corrosion on back door (paint bubble with rust forming underneath. Immediately contacted dealer and took vehicle in for them to take picture and submit claim to Infiniti Canada. Since Nov 2024 have followed up SEVERAL TIMES with dealer who said they have not heard anything from Infiniti Canada. I called Infiniti Canada today Feb 14, 2025 and was informed THE DEALER SUBMITTED THE CORROSION CLAIM... read more

It is a pleasure dealing with Mo and Sean in the service department. They remember your name and treat you like family. Repairs and tune ups are done quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't take my QX50 anywhere else.
