Although I have not bought a car from this dealer and I don't think I ever would. I am very dissatisfied that I have a friend who purchased a vehicle from this dealership and she was PROMISED her tax money reimbursed! She has not received it yet. This dealership has not returned any of her calls nor are they helping her in any way. I recommend people to go to another dealership that is trust worthy.
I had the regular service maintenance on one of my recent leased Infinitis yesterday. Thanks to the team they have accommodated me as usual with excellent customer experience and provided the car at the end hand washed. This is the reason that I have been with Infiniti of Willowdale for many years and leased many excellent cars from.
I'm disappointed that they didn't refund my friend her money told her no charge and charge her anyhow
This dealer won't respond to my friend who they promised her that her taxes on her vehicle would be reimbursed and that was a lie. She is still waiting for restitution. I would advise to seek out another dealership not owned by Mark Falkenberg.
My wife purchased a vehicle from this dealership and was promised her taxes would be refunded by Nick,Marko,Alex and Valene.We live in the states and they are not refunded nor will they even respond.The last response she got was from Nick Sulvaic saying we are no longer going to help you and I hope you enjoy your review.My wife is now getting attorneys involved and will keep you updated.My advise find another dealership to buy a car this dealership lied and doesn't care about you once vehicle is purchased.
