Unfortunately, I can’t say that I’m completely satisfied. I brought my Infiniti q50s here to get serviced since it needed a new valve body. At first I had a good feeling about this and I knew it was going to be a little pricey since a couple mechanics beforehand warned me about it. That was not my issue; my issue started after I found out that you guys could offer financing through a program in which I would be able to pay off the service in installments rather than all at once. Every member of the service and parts department are beyond stellar. I will forever trust them with all of my vehicles. I have been going to them for years and will continue to do so. The work is always done right the first time . Trusting a mechanic is tough- with this team there is never a need to wonder or second guess
This dealer has taken a lot of money from me. Ronnie the service adviser does not seem to understand his job. He doesn’t give you consistent info and the info he gives about your vehicle is completely wrong
