I'd inquired about testing a Q50 red sport when they'd listed the car, to be told "I'll call you back in 5 to 10 minutes" by Steve Romjue (sales consultant). Proceeded to wait 53 minutes to get a response about if I should come down and see the car. Passed up seeing another vehicle I was planning on seeing that day due to this delay. Eventually got a call back that the car hasn't passed through the safety inspection, and would be available once the worker at the dealership who'd taken the car for the weekend brought it back.... read more
