The one is simply because they respond!!!! I believe Mr. Chris have us mixed up with another dealership. Base on the communications we have recorded in our CRM we were very clear about the pricing and this vehicle was always priced at 10,995.00. We had numerous appointment made with Mr. Chris to come in and test drive the vehicle but he always ended up at a different dealership. Excellent experience we bought a lot of vehicles in our lifetime this dealership by far the best all the staff where professional friendly and really wanted to help us get into our suv. I highly recommend them and will definitely going back.
Salesman Ken was very responsive and made sure the buying experience went smoothly. Once I arrived at the lot the entire process took a little under an hour from start to finish.
The car was no longer available. Salesman was helpful and courteous.
