Not happy with Valencia Infinity. Drove 7 hours round trip to purchase a 2015 VW Golfsports Wagon TDI VIN # 3VWCA7AUXFM510511 for my wife’s 50th birthday. The vehicle was in poor condition and not acceptable for sale at a Mainstream Dealership. First off, the vehicle was miss advertised as it did not have the options such as Navigation and there were several issues. The agent who contact me was wonderful;however, as I was going through the process of purchasing the car the manager prioritized another individual even though I was halfway through the process. It did not seem fair to sell the car to another individual when I had already sent in paper work and was in the process of finalizing my purchase. One star because the agent was nice, but the manager appeared unprofessional.
