I brought my car to this dealership to return it at the end of my lease. They told me the systems were down and to come back later. When I called later the same day, they told me they couldn’t take the car back. I asked for the employee’s name and he hung up on me. I called again and they picked up the phone once they realized my voice they hung up on me again. This was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I expected honesty and at least basic customer service.

I had an excellent experience at Valencia Infiniti. Gonzo was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing my new QX60. He was patient, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, including accommodating my husband and family. I recently went to the service department to have a warranty inspection done on my vehicle in regards to the engine. The service department had my vehicle for over a week and their response to me was my vehicle is ready and was not able to be covered under Infiniti's warranty. Their claim was there was damage due to a lack of maintenance. However, when I received my vehicle there was no proof or evidence of metal or debris in the oil just words on a piece of paper.
