I've been a customer here since 2012. Apparently the dealership is now under new ownership and it shows. There are no longer freshly baked Otis Spunkmeyer cookie, the snack tray has about 6 lonely dried out granola bars. Thirsty? No bottled water or juice and guess what no cups for a latte. You go to the dealership for the convenience and because you don't want to sit in your car while some sweaty dude tinkers under you hood then tells you that you need something he had no idea how to install.
