My experience in the service department on 03/06/18 was exceptional. My Service Rep, Fred took the time to explain to me what services were needed for my 2016 QX60 and the price I would have to pay. Everything worked out great and I was truly satisfied with everything.

Gotta love the dealers that ignore you when you send them a fair, competitive offer. A simple yes or no is appreciative, ignoring a customer is simply unacceptable.
OMG I 5 stars are not enough. I absolutely love this dealership. Exceptional customer service from my first inquiry online with Ms. Lakisha Johnson to the wonderful Khadijah Florence and then Mr. Taurus Williams. They made a no into a yes. Wonderful people they are on my Christmas Card list and I won't buy from another location. I am writing corporate write now because they were so good.
First off, I want to thank Fred Foster for superb customer service and going above and beyond in making our experience the best it could possibly be.
