RecommendedService is great, customer service is excellent. I am waiting too long for a simple tire plug. The check in staff needs more training, they seem lost. Make sure when they suggest service it is needed. My suggested service was not needed on my last visit. Fortunately it was caught and corrected.
Recently purchased a vehicle from Infinity of South Atlanta and i just have to say Rosa Ridley is amazing. Professional, curteous, and she explained everything we needed to know about the vehicle. More importantly, when things didn't go exactly as planned she was there to work everything out and make sure we were happy. Highly reccomend the dealership. Ask for Rosa she is amazing and you will not be disappointed.
They’ve had my car since Thursday for simple warranty repairs. On Day 5 now and haven’t heard from them once. My husband and I have both called several times, beginning Saturday, without any return call. I have no clue what’s going on with my car or when I can pick it up. My husband leaves town for work in an hour and I’ll have no car. One of the worst customer service experiences.
Great facility, I have had my car since 2010 and Thomas has been my service person. He has done an exceptional job. And the facility waiting area is always clean, comfortable and provides snacks and beverages.

Thanks for getting me and my family back on the road after my tire defect. Being from out of town and not making it hard for my replacement tire installation and coverage so that we not financially inconvenience was great.
