Terrible experience today!! My husband and I drove all the way from Macon just to be tricked, deceived and go through a text book bait and switch. Integrity means everything and sadly we were not shown any today. No worries though everything happens for a reason because we are at Infiniti of Marietta right now getting a better deal with better packages thanks to Angela!
Great customer service. Carson G. , a service consultant, and Cornell M., the valet are very professional & friendly. The facility is clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. I can tell the other customers have lasting relationships with the company & they've stated how much they appreciate the service. However, the only complaint I heard the customers mention is that one of the parts personnel who works inside, seemed to ration the snacks with the customers which made them feel a bit uncomfortable.
