I contacted several dealerships (at least 4)... Anthony Smith was the first salesperson who took us serious and got us to come in... He was personable while being professional-- he made this process extremely easy and he sold without it feeling like "we were being sold" in that annoying typical car sales way... Thank you for helping me pick out the most amazing QX80!! Anthony Smith was a great sales person. I felt like he was working for me instead of dealership. Thank you making this an easy purchase. The dealership went out of their way to entertain my son while finalizing all the paper work on a Friday afternoon. Who would have thought they'd have crayons & coloring pages?? I bought a certified Infiniti G37 back in December 2014, about a month later, I heard this knocking sound coming from the engine. I called the dealership and informed my service advisor Melissa who told me unless they have the car they can't tell me what is wrong.
