This review is strictly related to the service department. I received a notification in the mail from Infiniti about a recall on the turbo charger for my Infiniti Q50S. I stopped by Golden State Infiniti in early July as I began experiencing some of the warning signs detailed in the Infiniti recall notification. After speaking with a service advisor by the name of Bob, he advised he would order the replacement turbo charger. Couldn't be happier with the DEAL I got at Golden State Nissan! Doc Spurlin met all my needs for the car I wanted at the price I wanted and was in and out within 2 hours. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Steve worked his magic and got me in a car within 30 minutes, but he was never pushy or aggressive. I had to drive over 60 miles to get here and I’m glad I did. Everyone was super nice. I have had some bad car buying experiences but this by far, hands-down was one of the BEST!
