Ease of getting an appointment, timeliness of service and keeping me informed about the progress.
Our salesman John Reimer was great and worked with us, and gave us good information about buying the Q50. He also, volunteered to turn in our vehicle that was coming off lease from another dealer. In addition John spent alot of time in the car explaining the functions and programming. As a first time customer we feel comfortable and pleased with this dealership.
Sales Person, Alex Tapia. We found him to be very nice, well informed and not high pressure. He answered all of our questions and let us reach our on conclusions. While he is young, if he did not know the answer, he found it immediately.
Always a pleasant experience at this location.
