RecommendedI will only have my 2017 Q60 serviced at Infiniti of Suitland. I have tried other dealerships in the area and they just can't match the service received at Suitland. I also recommend Suitland to all of my friends that own Infinitis.Infiniti. My service advisor Bryan provides the epitome of excellent service.

Normally I highly recommend them, however yesterday 12/31 they they failed to provide the kind of service I become accustomed to. I had a appointment to check my battery out. Arrived at 9am didn’t. Leave until after 12 noon. This was unacceptable as I watch other customers come and go after I waited, and waited and waited before I went to find out why so long.
