Appreciate the great service provided by the Infiniti of Ontario service team and especially Olivia....she is attentive to her customers' needs and a very good communicator! Appreciate Olivia ensuring I was able to get my car serviced by the end of day last week and again during an appointment this week as I was able to get a much-needed steering fluid change and a very clean car back during a scheduled service appointment!

We were very pleased with the service provided by Olivia at Ontario Infiniti, California. She was extremely patient, courteous and kept us completely informed on the maintenance process during major repair on our Infiniti SUV in the month of Jun. She communicated constantly with us eventhough we were in SC at the time. Thoroughly appreciated her!!!
