I went in the have the tire pressure off the dashboard Not only they removed it for me for free but my car was washed and vacuumed in which I really needed Txs infinity
Just picked up a new car for my wife as my lease on my last Infiniti was up. I couldn't be happier with the service and ease of the transaction. I did almost everything over the phone and they had my new car ready by the afternoon. I would highly recommend this dealership.
I had an issue yesterday with the service center . This morning I received a phone call from the service manager Frank . He really made me feel a lot better after we spoke about the situation that transpired between Monday and Tuesday when I left my car for service. Moving forward I feel very comfortable bringing my car to infinity of Massapequa for service. I know my infinity will be in good hands with Frank watching over. Thank you so much for reaching out and rectifying the situation and making me feel comfortable.

Very upset with this dealership,paid the asking price of $21,995,in which I was charged $25,455.76 with tax after I finally received my documents from the lender!!!:( Not sure how tax is added at this dealership. Plus I put down $1500 cash down payment and paid $300.00 for registration. Trying to resolve this problem on this level for about a month now........just want to pay for the vehicle!!!
Do not fill out the survey!! Purchased 3 cars from here. Never a problem. Don't know if Salesman we had (same one we always ask for!) was misled or we hit wrong button BUT sitting in here now with a minor problem and told cost him a bonus and they are giving my husband a run around Yeah. Last time sadly I love my Infiniti but something has definitely changed
Walked in to purchase a Q50 and after about 20 mins of being ignored I walked out. I guess walking in wearing workbooks, jeans and a sweatshirt didn't scream sale to any of the salesmen. Not even a greeting as I walked in. They all took a few seconds to look up from their cellphones and then went right back to what I can only assume was more important business. So off to another dealership I go..........this place is TERRIBLE.
