Unfortunately it’s common practice to only review businesses when you’re fueled by a bad experience so take other reviews with a grain of salt for this service department. This morning I saw there was a nail in my run flat tire on my 2019 QX50 and learned the safest option was to replace the whole tire. I was crushed to find out the cost would be upwards of $300 through the dealer, which was the only place who of course had this very specific tire in stock that day, I had no other option. Service Advisor Anthony was very helpful and polite when I brought my 2013 G37x in for what turned out to be a VERY expensive repair. He got me a loaner as well. The problem is that Infinitis are sub-standard in their design and manufacture, with many and expensive problems and repairs required. The most basic requirement of a car is that when you push the gas pedal, it goes. Mine would not.
