Brought my Infiniti for repairs after an accident, assuming that I'll get the best quality service because it is Infiniti collision center. I was wrong. After I picked up my vehicle, I didn't inspect it throughoutly, assuming it would be perfect. It looked so at first sight. But on the next day, I noticed that the seat belt at the middle row is not working anymore. The gap between seats in the middle row is almost 3" now when there was NO gap before... Don't bother with these people. It must be that time of the month for the guy on the phone. They're not helpful and can't give you direct answers.
Collision Rep Todd rude, unprofessional, doesn’t seem like he wants business or to work. Convinced me not to use this place’s services. Told me the information my insurance adjuster gave me was incorrect. I always used my own shop preference. So I didn’t agree with him. Not sure if it’s due to the holiday but he definitely made me feel uncomfortable getting my vehicle repaired here. Website reeled me in and Todd sent me out.
