This absolutely have to be the worst Infiniti dealership ever with customer service and follow through! In March, I went with my mother to pick up a car we saw online as she was preapproved with another company. Car was awesome but needed a small fix with the upholstery on the drivers' door. Jim promised to follow up but NEVER did!! I did an impromptu pop up at the dealership, left multiples messages and after 7 months he answered, by chance, promising to follow up. I have owned 4 Infiniti's and have never been so disappointed since Vaden took over this dealership. The service is awful. Promises broken long wait time. Will be rethinking my next purchase.
In the market for an infinity Q60s stopped in on to look and test drive one. Was there for 20 minutes and NOT 1 single person said a single word to me. So I left and gonna purchase elsewhere

My wife and I couldn't be happier with our 2013 Infiniti M37. Looks and drives like a new car. Our salesman, Gregg Shipp was outstanding and a pleasure to deal with. We had been searching for about 2 months for a M37 (now the Q70) and finally found one with a price that was better than any dealer in the Savannah/Hilton Head area, by FAR. And, we received a certified used car warranty that is better than one on a new vehicle. I went there to get my car serviced for a recall and the only person to acknowledge my presence was the Service Tech. The other salesmen walked backed and forth approximately 7 times and not one greeting. I guess when I purchase another Infiniti it will be in Jacksonville, Florida.
