Very helpful. Direct. Easy to work with. Very thorough. A pleasure.
Went there once after booking appt. The agent there told me the car is gone. Two days later their internet folks mailed and said its still available. Called them, and the agent says its gone! Did not like the experience at all.

Old sales tactics were used. End up buying what I was looking for in my home town of Memphis.
Dealership was thorough in helping me get into the car; but was not as good in letting me know they had a buyer and sold the next day!
