This is my second time coming to this dealer and I will continue to come. The employees have all been so kinda from Gabriel helping me the first time and now Hrant. All the team have been nothing but nice, helpful and most importantly patient. Love how everyone is just willing to help. I’ve had horrible experiences in Monrovia and I’m beyond happy to Have found my new service dealer.
I take my Infinity QX60 to Nissan of DTLA because they always give great service. From the moment I arrive Fabian welcomes me and asks about the family. My service advisor always lets me know what I need now and which services can be delayed until my next visit. Fabian is like family he communicates with me very well and I never feel like he’s selling me a service that I don’t really need just because I’m a woman.
