I had a great experience with Abdou A. purchasing a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. Extremely disappointed with the “award service team” no one ever seems to answer the phone I’ve called multiple times , I did get answered once and dude sounded like he didn’t know what he was doing he also told me the incorrect information after having to look back at the papers waste of like 5 minutes . The lack of communication after purchasing a vehicle is ridiculous.
