Just had the best experience with Ben in their service department. With my crazy work schedule he was able to pick my car up at my office, take it back to the dealership to get fixed and bring it back without missing a beat (or my carseats!). Highly recommend this dealership and so thankful for their flexibility!
Great shopping experience here! Professional and responsive.
Just purchased my 6th new Infiniti since 2002. Very satisfied. Easy purchase at a great price and high dollar for my trade. Service Dept is always great to deal with. Definitely a "10" in my book.
It is always a great experience at Infiniti of Cincinnati. The staff is always very courteous and helpful. They do everything to get you out when promised.
