Austin in the service center provided the best customer service that I have had in a long time. My car was being serviced and was going to cost me a lot of money to get fixed. He took the time to check and see if the warranty was still good, and it was. He was able to save me a lot of money. I will definitely be telling all of my family and friends about how well I was taken care of. When I took my car to get fixed I explained the issue I was having. They said they would run a diagnostic on the vehicle, which they did and sent me a printout with $17,000 worth of issues. I was then told they were working with my car warranty company to see what they would cover. They then called me back and said they were fixing my transmission and the warranty was covering all but $100. I was okay with that. Service was decent, but I’m pretty sure my tire inflator was stolen…
If you enjoy having your time wasted and being treated badly this is the place for you. My hard top has a few leaks and I had planned on getting it repaired. I was told infinity is the place to go as their service is top notch. That was a joke. My car was there since yesterday morning. I got a call today from a man name Jerry W, that they couldn’t check the seals as the top would not go down. I had a great sales experience at this dealership in October of 2023. My salesman, Tim, was very professional and helpful in reaching a deal on a car. I enjoyed talking cars with him and would use this dealership again in the future or recommend it to anyone looking at one of their cars.
