Very disappointed in this dealership. My buying experience was pleasant, however, a couple of weeks after purchasing my QX60 I discovered I was sold a 2016 model instead of a 2017 model which had been agree upon. I questioned my delivery man about the model, thinking maybe I misunderstood the agreement. But long story short I did not misunderstand.
