Josh and David in sales plus Zach and Carlos in finance are absolutely the best - They will do what it takes and go the extra mile! I also have to brag on the service dept as well - They go out their way to help and make sure you are 100% satisfied. Plus give you a cute little bundt cake :) Everett Infiniti of Little Rock is OUTSTANDING! Highly recommend them to anyone!
Me and my mom just left Everett with a brand new White Qx80. Was just going to get a oil change on her Qx60 and Corey King (great salesman) grasped our attention and was very nice and kind to us. Also Zach Owens and Teresa was very sweet and worked with my mom. Our visit was excellent I'm so happy on how she was treated.
Service department is horrible. They are rude and talk down to customers.
Service department is the worst....... If your woman watch out Chris love to talk down and yell at you like your a pieces of trash. He must have a lot hate for woman. Sale is really nice, but service is a joke.

Shout out to Justin Meyer for getting me in the car I've been wanting forever!!! I was up praying about this transaction at 4 this morning and after coming to the dealership and hearing christian music playing and the way we were greeted, I knew this was the place. I got a good deal! Thank you so much. We are so happy. Zach Owen was great also!!
Horrible service since Everett took over. They do not know how to run a luxury dealership. The service department is terrible. The steering wheel leather is coming off on our 2012 vehicle and making the steering wheel very slippery. I have never had that happen to any car ever. The dealership is saying it is cosmetic and refusing to replace even though we bought an extended warranty. They do not stand by their product. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. We'll never buy from them or Infiniti again.
Haven't shopped at this lot but other Everett lots are great. The employees are top notch.
