Worst service ever they did not fix the problem and with the extended warranty I purchased from infiniti of Ardmore for $ 4200.00 the repair cost me $3500. On top of that when I told the service manager problem was not fixed she tried to sell me two wheels for another $ 3000.00. No one there had any idea how to fix my vehicle. The place is cleaned and the people are friendly. They have coffee and water while you waiting for the service

When you call you speak to a service advisor. You leave a message they never call back, Never never never. It’s so bad that in order to receive customer service you have to physically go there and get whatever you needed done or get whatever questions you need answered. Worst customer service ever.
