This place has been very unprofessional in my experience. Communication is poor, and it often feels like accurate information is lacking or inconsistent. I’ve also found them extremely difficult to reach, especially since moving in with Nissan. At this point, I simply want my car properly serviced without feeling misled or ignored as a customer. The experience has honestly made me consider switching brands altogether and looking into Lexus or Mercedes-Benz for better customer service and overall support.

I called Inifiniti of Ardmore for several weeks before I was given an appointment for warranty repair. When I finally got in touch with someone, the service was fine. Waiting for weeks for a call back is a no no. Their repair shop is completely over crowded and is almost impossible to park in without their assistance. They had me worried a few times with how they squeezed that many vehicles in their parking lot. I made an appt and dropped my car off the night before. In the morning it was confirmed they had the car but i received no updates. The next day i had to call. They had not even looked at the car. By 3:30 they stilll had not looked it. And never once did i get a call. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate
