I had been going to Ardmore service for over 9 years. The service was pretty good despite high prices and long turnaround (would always drop off at open and receive near closing time). Since the change of ownership, my service satisfaction has declined. They have lost several amenities, including no more free state inspections and no car wash on site (now a free external wash at a local place). I actually loved my Infiniti but because of the incompetence of the service department, I sold it for a Mazda. To add insult to injury they keep sending me “service offers” reminding me of their subpar service. At this point I’d be happy to if they just took me off the mailing list

IOA service dept fallen off over the past 10 years I been going to them. Every time I go there now its new service managers. I went to bring my QX56 in for an oil change special, and was going to get other things done the truck while it was there. First off, I got there 3:50 and didn't get seen till 4:10 and I was the only one in the showroom. I then got Everette Hogge.
