The place is cleaned and the people are friendly. They have coffee and water while you waiting for the service
When you call you speak to a service advisor. You leave a message they never call back, Never never never. It’s so bad that in order to receive customer service you have to physically go there and get whatever you needed done or get whatever questions you need answered. Worst customer service ever.
Came here to get an OEM key. Key was wildly expensive, but I agreed, and the guy gave me a price break which was nice. They never called to tell me it was in stock. I pick it up, the guy tells me I now need to make a service appointment to program it. WHAT? So I make the appointment, and the guy gives me a price break, and I think I am all set. This past Saturday, I brought in a pre-owned Infiniti that I was seriously considering buying from another dealership into this service center to get it put on a lift for thorough inspection and for a diagnostic test to be run on it. I’m so ecstatic that I did, because I met Ray, who is one of the service advisors! The inspection found that there were over $3,000 worth of damages within the vehicle, with one requiring immediate attention!
