Disappointed – While the loaner car service and pickup/drop-off service are great, I've had poor success in getting repairs done correctly the first time. As with most other service centers, if it's not blatantly broken, non-functional, on fire, or falling off the vehicle they can't "reproduce the problem on the rack."
