More than happy with Infiniti experience. Had furnace installed last year and today a thorough tune-up. Marco was polite, friendly and professional. Did a great job explaining what had been done and asked if I had any questions. Will continue to recommend this company.
Right from the start Infiniti home comfort salesman Chris answered all our questions.. we needed a new propane furnace.. our air conditioner was on its last legs. Chris was awesome in answering all our questions about changing to a heat pump and new furnace. We had reached out online to a lot of different companies.. they would be no shows or no call returned. Infiniti Home Comfort was the company that I had install my heat pump and furnace. Every single person that I worked with was professional, knowledgable and personable! Sam and his team came yesterday. They worked a full day (without a break) to ensure that I would have my system installed and AC restored as quickly as possible.
