Infinitech Auto Service is very easy to work with! I never feel like they're lying to me. Whenever I go in, everyone is very friendly and they'll show you exactly what it is they're working on. I've been going there for a little over a year, and I will continue to go there in the future!
Since I'm from out of state my intention was to look and test drive and make my decision later. Well that didn't happen. The salesman greeted me and gave me a thorough break down of the car, answered all my questions, very knowledgeable, and he was being so straight forward so I decided to purchase the car. I have to say it was enjoyable and a great car buying experience.Thank you for taking the time and all the follow ups to make sure I was satisfied.
Brought in me e63 for a brake job and my wife's rover. These guys handle all of my service work and my bodywork. There new shop is excellent and I refer customers all the time. Would recommend
I had the pleasure of doing business with Infinitech. Both sales people I worked with were pleasant and knowledgeable. I didn't have intentions of buying my H2 on the day I went in but they made it easier for me to do so with finding me a rate that was lower than what my bank offered me. I'm so pleased with the service and integrity that I will be doing business with them again in the near future.
Brought my 2002 Lexus is300 for a oil change. I also did my window regulator. All the work was done in a timely manner. Also their shop was very clean and modern. Would recommend them and will be using them for future services.
I live in Michigan. I usually buy used cars from private owners. This time I bought a S550 from Greater Chicago Motors. Great experience. Casey is real laid back. I liked that. Alot of people may be a bit too stuffy for a young guy like him but I like him alot. The car was exactly as described. It has been problem free for me. I recommend this dealer to my friends every time.
I took my Lexus in for routine maintenance and they were excellent in all aspects. They treated me very well and made sure I was comfortable and took care of any needs I had including a vehicle while my car was being worked on for the day. They were respectfull and very helpful. Also they were more knowledgable about my vehicle than McGrath Lexus themselves! I highly reccomemd Infinitech to any and all vehicles.
After needing brake work and routine maintenance on my Lexus, I brought my car to Infinitech. The work was done very fast and my brakes felt like they did when I first bought the car. Whenever I called or visited Infinitech, Sam kept me updated and everyone there was polite and friendly. Their prices were better than any other service I got quoted on and I plan on bringing my car back to Infinitech whenever I need work done.
I needed oil change and a routine maintenance on my Mercedes. The work was done in good timely manner I was very happy with everything. Everyone is very friendly and kept me updated on my serivce. The price point was very competitive I paid a lot less than I would have at the mercedes dealership and received better service.
