I found this place by googling Audi Repair River north. I drove in to the cleanest independently owned shop I have ever seen. Ahmad was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Two days later my 2004 Audi a4 had a new starter. Everything was done efficiently and for half of what Audi was going to charge me.
I've dealt with plenty of annoying service places and this is by far better than anywhere else I've been to. Service was on time, direct and backed up for 1 year. They have great prices. Called around for quotes on a specific part/labor I needed and this was by far the best price.
I went to get my Lexus and they only charged me $350 to do my brakes and rotors and Lexus wanted $500. They also gave me a loaner for 2 hours while the car was being serviced. Got an oil change for $25 which wasn’t bad either and after they finished the service they took my car to their detail shop and had it cleaned. Nice people to do business with.
These guys are a class act, extremely good at what they do and so nice going about it. They called me by name when I walked in the door both to drop off and again, they remembered me upon pickup. It's nice to be treated well when getting your car worked on, and they treated me better. They were extremely nice, friendly, and even gave me a ride to work! I found these guys purely by chance. Walked by and noticed what a clean well run facility it was. My needs were not mechanical. I had just had a little collision and was upset about the nasty estimate from a different auto shop. These guys could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They called their body shop guy. He came right over. They sliced my estimate in half and did a beautiful job. I will be doing all my future mechanical and body work here. I highly recommended.
Clean, fast, courteous, and reliable auto shop. I brought my 07 BMW in to get checked out because I was getting a weird noise from my car at high speeds, not telling Infinitech that I went to 2 other places before them, Infinitech diagnosed the problem and told me I just needed my tires rotated and balanced costing approximately $40 as opposed to 2 new tires and an alignment that the other two shops told me I needed. If you work in the city and need a place to have your car worked on while you are at work, this place cannot be beat. Fair prices and no BS.
I came here for an oil change and general inspection. I was able to drop my car off in the morning and pick it up in the evening after work. I asked to have a battery replaced in my key fob which they gladly did for 1/10 the cost of the dealer.
